There are dogs EVERYWHERE!!!! they are all so cute! the other day britt and i realized that all the dogs wait all day at the metro for there owners to get off work and then they walk them home

The Votanical gardens.

I went to the votanical gardens which is an inside conservatory. Brittany decided to stay home and "study" I didnt want to go without her but we both decided i would distract her if i stayed. So she kicked me out and i met up with our group... She ended up talking on the phone with Kori... naughty naughty. But the gardens were great. We made tons of friends there (the kids on feild trips) and they totally treated us like celebrities. It was a verry fun day! The kids waving goodbye to us at the end of the day

They all wanted Brooke and me to sign our autographs! they folllowed us around until they all got our signatures. it was very weird signing "Tami" instead of "Heather" But i felt completely famous! once they heard us speak english, their eyes lit up and they followed us until we left.

DRAMA DAY AT THE OBOLON SCHOOL

I was teching drama this week at the other school. It's a 25 minute walk and a metro stop away. we share the school with 4 other girls This is me, Masha and Masha and the token bags we made

KATELYNS BIRTHDAY!!!

Saturday the 20th was katelyns birthday so brooke (left) brit, Katelyn (right) and i went exploring! we found this beautiful church "st. Andrea" and a park that was made all out of mozaic tyle... whith this weird cat and pictures of children. it was amazing! we found this grea "italian" pizza bar and had a tea party in the snow! it was a great day... and we got to play in fog!

we have had so many fun adventures! valentiens day was a blast! we chose to celebrate it on saturday and all 30 teachers got together at one of the schools and made heart cookies and valentines. then some of us went to the institute dance. it was the best v-day ever!!! oh and my coat broke so i have been wearing my moms huge green coat around and everywhere i go people stare at me then bust up laughing... i think maybe they know im american!

Our host brother and siter. Ilya and Yulia. I love them to death! britt and i have been tutoring them in the mornings since they're too sick to go to school. they haven't gone since we got here so now we give them english lessons in the morning. its so cute cause whenever i come home Ilya runs to me and says "HEDER!" then goes on in russian like i understand him...
